Atrium Construction
Please be aware that we have started construction for the atrium and the alley way to the Children’s Ministry is not fully accessible. One of the walkways has been opened but it is not wheelchair accessible at this time. We have an alternative plan for you to access the Children’s Ministry building but please allow yourself an extra 10 minutes to check your kids in. Please continue to keep this project in prayer for the completion of permits, safety of the workers and the continued provision of this project. We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your prayers.
Thrift Store Donations
The Cornerstone Thrift Store is now accepting donations. Donations can be dropped off Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Closed Sunday and Monday) All donations must be dropped off at the Hamilton Building only! (Adjacent to the Hamilton Parking Lot. Please refer to the downloadable map below.)

Children’s Ministry Orientation
Sunday, January 8th – Sunday, February 19th, 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Classroom 5B. Come to the Children’s Ministry Orientation classes where you will be supported and equipped to understand the calling to minister to children. There are many areas to get involved in. We are in need of Sunday school teachers for Bible instruction, teacher assistants for coordinating classrooms, distributing materials, welcoming families and helping with crowd control as children are dropped off and led to worship. Ages 18 years and older are welcomed. The classes meet for seven consecutive Sundays beginning January 8th. Children’s Ministry will not be available. Contact Pastor Stef for details.

Men’s Breakfast
Saturday, February 4th, 7:30 a.m., Kids’ Sanctuary. The Men’s Ministry will be hosting their first Men’s Breakfast for the new year. Come enjoy a time of fellowship as we break bread together and hear a special message from our guest speaker Pastor Xavier Ries of Calvary Chapel Pasadena. The cost is $5 per person. Bowling League
Saturday, February 4th – Saturday, April 7th, 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., AMF Bowl-O-Drome in Torrance. The Sports Ministry Bowling League is taking sign ups and forming teams for our CCSB Bowling League in the Overflow Room today. League play will be held on Saturday evenings at the AMF Bowl-O-Drome in Torrance starting February 4th and running for 10 weeks. Player fees are $13 per night and a deposit of $26 is due at the time of sign up. Our league is limited to 96 bowlers and sign ups are on a first come basis. Contact Mark Caleb for details.
