Many single men and women feel lonely and incomplete because they are unmarried. They believe that if they were to get married that all that would change. The truth is that no human being can truly take away our loneliness or make us whole. It is only when we have a vital love relationship with Jesus Christ that, that happens; the definition of single changes from “alone” to “whole.” When we become truly one with Christ we are perfectly complete and utterly loved. Jesus said:

“And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.”

 (John 17:22-23)
