• Clubbers sit in team colors
• Opening Prayer
• American and Christian Flags are presented for salutes
• Present Leader/Director Awards and Uniforms
• Bible count
• Announcements, Announcements, Announcements
• Sing the H.I.S. Club theme song and worship songs
• Close in Prayer
  

DEVOTION TIME (30 minutes)

Agenda For Devotion Time – Led by the Director

• Open with Prayer
• Announcements/Welcome Visitors
• Awards (every 5 weeks)
• Lesson Time
• Invitation and Closing Prayer

GAME TIME (30 minutes)

Agenda for Game Time – Led by the Game time Director

• Set up the teams for game time (Equal teams are formed)
• Prayer
• Warm-ups
• Play Games!! A leader will keep score
• Awards given to Winning Team
  

HANDBOOK TIME (30 minutes)

Agenda For Handbook Time – Led by the Leaders

• Break into designated groups with Leader
• Begin with prayer
• Welcome visitors
• Briefly see where clubbers are in their handbooks
• Listen to sections (go around circle one clubber at a time)
  

HOMEROOM TIME (Dismissal Time)

• During this time the Director will make announcements for any upcoming club events such as outings, etc. Flyers or permission slips for upcoming events are distributed.
• Clubbers dismissed to their parents.
